• We currently ship within Europe and the UK.

• We do not ship to Eastern Europe.

• Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after payment is received.

• We use Post.nl and DHL as our shipping providers.

• Standard shipping only is available at the moment.

• Shipping costs:

  • Flat rate of €4.99 for all orders.

  • Free shipping on orders over €100.

• Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• We ship on Saturdays but not on bank holidays.

• Order changes and cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, the customer may reject the delivery or return the item. A refund will be processed once the return is received and confirmed.
