  • A return form will be provided and must be completed and included in the return package.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• No restocking fees apply.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are provided if the returned items meet our 14-day return policy.

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the return is received and confirmed.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We do not currently offer store credit or exchanges.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, they must report it within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Customers should provide photo evidence via email.

• The damaged or incorrect item must be returned, and a replacement will be sent at our expense.
