  • Shipping fees: Flat rate of €4.99 on all orders, with free shipping on orders above €100.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We currently do not offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges, but may do so in the future.
